Excellent stay, the room is very spacious, especially for Tokyo. The staff were friendly and always helpful, from taking care of bags to getting us a taxi. The rooms are filled with great amenities: various toiletries, nightgown, robe. The bed is large, the shower is powerful and soothing. And we loved the breakfast buffet!

Very nice welcome experience and stay. The room quality and amenities were top notch. Restaurants were high end and Uber came easy. I didn’t find the train station transfer as valuable but others might. As a tourist get your IC or Seica card at the airport before heading to the hotel.

I really liked how elegant this hotel was and the garden behind it was beautiful to see every time I woke up or when I got back from a day full of activities. The staff was also very helpful with everything, even to getting me and my family a taxi to the airport!
