To be honest the staff was ok no complaints about them as far as the cleanliness they had to do a rush clean because they switched me and my wife from one king bed to a loft three bedroom and the clean wasn’t done right my wife had bed bug crawling on her and we checked out before 24 hours of being there so yes I would like a full refund of my stay please

We spent two nights while our own home was under repair, and while not the highest quality place, it was an affordable and comfortable stay. We liked being able to use the kitchen and the outdoor space (pretty little walkways, basketball court). The fireplace didn’t work, but in May we didn’t care. The pool was just being filled for the season. Great location near Crocker Park!

Large Rooms at a great price
Stayed here as a stop over on our way to Buffalo. Location was great (off the highway and close to eating options). Room was large and although it was a suite, it didn’t have any cups for the in room coffee maker (or any cups, plates, etc). Door was difficult to open and another guest said it was because it was “kicked in” by someone (which was unsettling). We eventually got in the room and it locked ok. Would stay again because of the location.
