This hotel was beautiful! I am someone very picky with cleanliness and honeslty I was impressed it was impeccable. The Service was amazing and they have a restaurant on the rooftop that is delicious.

we were pleasantly surprised at how clean & beautiful the hotel was, the number of levels & outdoor space for guests was just enough to satisfy us & meet our expectations. the rooms were clean & included all the ammenities. Staff was helpful, restaurant was excellent. overall, a lovely stay, we would highly recommend. walking distance to the Zocolo, shops & restaurants

Very close to Santa Prisca, just very steep. Hotel has cute restaurant 8:30-2pm breakfast and lunch. Room got cleaned every day. Really cute small hotel Shower in our room had very low pressure.

El hotel está muy bonito y muy ameno. La limpieza excelente. La alberca es pequeña pero está bien para descansar un rato tomando el sol. Sólo dos cosas no me gustaron: las habitaciones son más pequeñas de lo que parece según las fotos y descripción; segundo, el hotel está al final de una calle de bajada, sigue estando muy cerca de Santa Prisca y el kiosko pero hay hoteles de menor costo y de la misma categoría que están aún más cerca. Pero si buscas un hotel muy bonito y muy limpio, éste es una excelente opción.

Agradable experiencia.
Nuestra estancia fue de las mas agradable. Desde el check-in que tambien si fue realizado muchas horas antes de lo usual, nos permitió tener inmediatamente acceso a nuestro cuarto. El hotel es precioso en su arquitectura y el personal muy amable y disponible. La piscina, tambien si de dimensiones reducidos, es climatizada y permite relajarse en la maxima tranquilidad con un horario extendido hasta las 09.00 p.m. El servicio de restaurante y bar es limitado hasta la tarde pero no hace falta puesto que la razon por visitar Taxco es conocer la ciudad y sus interesantes actracciones turisticas como las grutas de Cacahuamilpa y las pozas azules de Atzala. Sin duda, regresaremos en Taxco hospedandonos nuevamente en el Hotel Santa Paula.

Buena experiencia, pero....
El hotel muy bonito y limpio. Lo unico malo es que rayaron el auto de mi esposo en el estacionamiento y la señorita de la recepción - hostess, muy mal encarada y nos quería cobrar 70 pesos por una hora de estacionamiento, que nos pasamos un minuto y la tarifa es de 17 pesos. Se quería quedar con el cambio!
