Initially, when we checked in, we were assigned a room and went to try to open the door. The key cards weren’t working, so we went back downstairs to the front desk. They recalibrated the cards, and when we went back upstairs, the door did open. However, we found that the room was already occupied, with someone’s backpack on the sofa. This was very discouraging. Although the gentleman who checked us in was pleasant despite the mistake.
Overall, it was a good experience. We were able to use the shuttle to transfer to and from our terminal, which was very convenient. Breakfast was okay, though I wish there had been more options in the self-serve section. The snacks provided for all guests in the evening were a nice touch, along with the two complimentary drinks we received. Later, we decided to try the hotel restaurant, and to our surprise, it was amazing—the food was wonderful, and the service was great.
