Our first was dirty! There was ketchup splattered on the floor & many crumbs also. Plus, hair in the bed. We then got moved to a different room. The room was cleaner but I spent the whole night picking up the comforter that continuously would fall off the bed. Whatever happened to blankets on the bed.

Hotel Indigo was wonderful from start to finish! Staff was very friendly & helpful. The room had a lovely decor, great bathroom & the space was warm, comfortable & cozy.
