Excellent Choice for Vegas

The MGM Grand was a strategic choice for me and my team while attending the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show at the LVCC. We love being at the start of the monorail (you always have a seat in the morning). Excellent food selection, nice cocktail bars. Only down side: the check-in/-out via the app is useless; just go to the desk.

Nice stay with convenience around the hotel. Love the quick access to a mini mart before the elevators. Quiet stay and housekeeping was great.

We got a bit of an upgrade to a newly remodeled room so it was very nice. There’s was a shortage of workable elevators but were back up and running before we left. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

During our 5 day stay there was some sort of construction/remodeling going on that was extremely annoying during the day and the pot smokers in the hallway outside our room…. in the evening/early morning hours ……causing there smoke to waft into our room was horrible……other than that it was an ok experience 🙄

No help at front desk, long lines, nobody answered phones, old carpet, old bathrooms, construction woke up all the rooms and everyone was complaining.

I have always stayed in Encore. This time due to conference had to stay in MGM. It was a chalk and cheese experience. The rooms were very basic and so 1980’s. One of the nights there was water dripping from the roof.

Great hotel. Pillows too high for me

Very clean, beautiful room and impeccable condition from lobby to hallway to the room. Good bedding. I had a good night sleep. The only minus for me personally is that the pillows are quite high and are the same so I couldn't adjust and I felt uncomfortable waking up.

Amazing renovated room. Ambient lighting very nice upgrade. Pool day worked out, only 70 degree day with no wind that week.

Don’t waste your money

Overpriced!!! Upgraded to suite…4th floor with view of valet/taxis… horns all night. Jackhammer started at 9 Am next room over. Pools overpacked and MGM decided to keep part of pool area closed- STUPID. However, lots of food options to overpay for.

Room comes with a fridge with sensor activation so could not put your own items in it. Extra fee for own fridge required. Poor service I feel.

Don’t go unless you’re a millionaire.

Staff is rude. Does not care that you are a paying customer. Everything is made inconvenient at the guests expense. Completely out of touch and will not be going back ever again. Don’t go unless you’re a millionaire and if you are why would you choose this property….

Front desk employee was a robot and couldn’t wait to leave. Not friendly at all. Woke up to loud banging next door. Maybe the maids cleaning. I now know why they put earplugs on the nightstand.

First time staying at MGM. Location was great for us. Lots of dining options there plus much more just a quick walk outside. Biggest complaint was the tower we stayed in only had a few working elevators due to construction I believe so took forever getting to and from room. Also got woke up at 8am from what I believe to be maintenance workers doing something right by our room. Overall was a good stay except for a few inconveniences.
