Great hotel to stay. However, the carpet is really old and heavily stained. The hotel is outside of city center and not many amenities around. Transportation is convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent. For our tour through Amsterdam, the hotel met all our requirements, so we very happy with our stay.

The Olympic hotel is stunning. From the moment you walk in, it’s stunning. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room has a beautiful view of the city in the distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Our rooms were serviced everyday, even on the weekend. We booked a breakfast which was delicious. Transport was a short walk to the trams and the train station was not to far away.

Really nice place but really bad service experience: booked wrong date. Called to correct it. They never called back. So then wrote as Well. Hotel refused to move it despite open space (refering to non-refundable). So had to make a new additional booking. Really bad customer service.

Get rid of the pillows!!
I loved everything about this hotel, the food, the drinks, the service, the decor, the view - everything except for the ridiculous over-stuffed pillows on the bed. I just couldn’t get comfortable with their oversized shape. Get rid of the pillows and the hotel would be perfect.
