It was a good place to stay, friendly staff, decent breakfast. However on our floor we have “tour groups” and every single night people were running up and down the hallways and being extremely loud. I’m kinda surprised no one came up and told the group anything. Hopefully they keep track of loud crowds so they can address the issue.

Great staff, great service and good breakfast but.
Our stay was great except for the mattress. It seems like this establishment is up for a mattress refresh across the board. The mattress in room 246 was so worn with no padding at all that I got no sleep that night and had to request a room change. The hotel graciously honored my request and changed us to room 216. The mattress in room 216 was better but still not very comfortable.

Decent, but had some flaws.
I discovered my street level windows were open when I came into my room and curtains were drawn. Had I not noticed, this would have been a security risk. Walls were very thin and bed was uncomfortable. Parking garage took some serious skills to navigate without hitting anything. Staff was friendly and everything was clean. Not a very walkable neighborhood and not many nearby restaurants, but hotel was very convenient to airport and freeways.

Small but convenient location
Nice little room in convenient spot for concert at Petco Park (less than mile walk). That said, rooms feel a little small, and bathroom is very small. Additionally, bathroom awkward of room sharing because they have sliding barn style door that don’t truly shut and you can see right through where it “closes”. Free breakfast what you would expect. Staff very friendly.

Traveling with 4 large bags (going on a cruise) the taxis drop off is two stories below the access to the lobby. Two small baggage carts available, required. No porter to assist. Eventually the desk clears down to help push a cart up a long switchback handicap ramp! We travel a lot; never have seen such a poor hotel design.
