The staff at this hotel needs further training in customer service , the facilities are brilliant but no one really pays attention to customers needs , the check in process for online booking is cumbersome and unfriendly , the methods of payment allowed are too prohibitive for foreign customers, no cash payment is allowed onsite , Pos payment devices do not accept certain bank cards to the point I was forced to sleep in the car on the 26th of June as the hotel could not accept cash payment or deposit while I communicate w my bank to allow my Visa card acceptable at their hotel .
A friend in USA offered to pay for me remotely , booking was successful on arrival at the hotel was told we still need the person responsible for payment around in person . That booking on IHG was cheaper but the method of payment was not accepted ,
We had to cancel the IHG booking , made a new booking on Expedia but the available rooms we wanted were online fully bked or sold out yet the hotel had so many available rooms .
The entire checking inprocess took more than 1hrs 30 minutes .

Assistant initially made on IHG for my 23rd July check in had added adv of transport from the airport on receiving the confirmation email for my there was a message to say no shuttle services available on Sundays and Saturdays since 23 March 2023 , an old sys generated message had not been removed after it expired 1 yr ago. Had to hire Uber
