The hotel is very well located although there are not very many dining options in the area. We were there for 4 nights and unfortunately we did not get the room upgrade we expected because of being hotels.com gold… it seems the hotel was fully booked all the time… well…
The hotel bar is nice and the pool is GREAT.
Service though is not the best, I would say 40% of the employees seemed to be expecting guests to be thankful for their being there… like they could be doing more fun and better things. The attitude was really not guest-satisfaction driven… even less so when some of them expect to get tips as a large portion of their wages.
In particular an employee by the pool was plain rude. Not just with me but with other guests who requested things from her. You may have a bad day, but maybe you should hide it at work.
Other than that, a ver nice hotel, large room, free coffee, nice pool.
