Bery bad host!!!

We never got into the apartment, the host never sent us check in information and we could not reach her, she did not give up email, just a phone number that was not working. My email and phone number were both visible in my account in hotels.com. We ended up booking another hotel in Como. When we finally found the same host in another booking side, with a different phone number, she called my back offering us the apartment. We, family of 5, stood out in the rain not knowing what to do and couldn't reach anyone. To make long story short, she does not want to pay us back the three nights we had booked. If i could give minus stars, I would say -5. Very disappointing and rude host!!!!!

tolle Lage, eigentlich eine sehr schöne Wohnung, leider mit ein paar Mängeln in der Ausstattung (eine der beiden Toilettenspülungen funktionierte nicht, das Besteck hatte nur zwei Messer u.ä.) Trotzdem: Für den Preis, für die Lage: alles gut, wir hatten sehr schöne Tage dort.
