I liked the large well appointed apartment but didn't like the misleading information on which apartment I had been allocated.

Clean, safe, convenient to Kew Gardens, Underground (District Line has direct access to central London), restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores, nice welcome package. Perfect if you don't want to be in central London. Only negatives were the roll away bed collapsed and there were some steps to haul suitcases over but not a lot.
