Costa Mesa
I had a decent stay and the location is great. This is a good low budget hotel and has a lot of good things, pool, jacuzzi, and the rooms have mini fridge and microwaves. I had to switch rooms upon my check in because the sink did not drain at all from a clog, the new room was better but it had a toilet that didn't flush very well.

Expected a cleaner, more up to date and well-maintained location than it was. Instead it was run down, poor condition, a little smelly, bizarre outdated and jury-rigged air conditioning system, beat up fridge, hard to trust bedding. Also, either the neighborhood was off or the clientele was. I seemed like some oddball locals were using the premises for various needs and there were broken down cars in the lot. The fact that in-n-out uses their parking lot as a drive-through spillover area was also not fun.

Well at first i was in the standard double room and it wasnt that bad. When i booked the room i booked the single standard room And it gave me the double room which is more than enough room and it also has cockaroaches in there which i didnt appreciate. Secondly i booked another stay in a standard single room and everything was perfect just as planned. No bugs or anything was wrong

Had to work in the morning arrived at midnight to a disappointing sign on the office window at the property, saying no pets after the filter that I always put when I’m looking for hotel on Hotels.com is animal, friendly pet friendly Wi-Fi and parking. I want my money back. I need a refund. I never stayed there. I got screwed again.
