The location was perfect, the communication was unusual but ultimately acceptable, just needed a bit more effort on our side. Note to the Kasa people, please replace the in room coffee maker. It was un-usable despite our best efforts to clean it. Thank you for the stay.

The check-in process seems weird and confusing at first, but once we got through that, the rest of the trip was perfect. Great view from our balcony, comfortable bed, full kitchen, and as a bonus, there was a machine that ground beans and brewed fresh cups of Starbucks coffee for us right outside our door!
