Every time we visit Tokyo we stay here as it’s in the heart of the Kabukicho nightlife. The room is small like most Japanese hotel rooms, but it’s convenient, especially since your luggage fits under the bed. The staff is also always exceptional and polite, whether at the front desk or cleaning your room.

Great location in Shinjuku! Room was well thought out, many little details to make your stay comfortable. Handy flyers to show you were to go, what to eat, sights to see. Close to everything you could need. Shower is compact as you’d expect but the pressure was phenomenal. The bed was two twin together so I was on a weird slope that bothered me. Only other complaint was an advert I could hear out the front that played every few minutes, 24hrs a day. Hearing the same guitar riff drove us crazy so we got earplugs. A lot of the other rooms faced away so this wouldn’t be a problem every time

The hotel was nice and the room was very comfy. However, there’s only one elevator, so that made getting to and from the room a very slow experience. I spent so much time waiting for the elevator. I wish the staircase was open to guests, I don’t mind taking the stairs, especially to go down to the first floor, and it would’ve saved me so much time.
