Excellent location. Walkable to everything we were doing while in town. Friendly staff. Our only complaint about the hotel was the room was very hot. The thermostat was set to 72 degrees and even when we tried to turn it down to 68, it wouldn't cool off.

Room was basic but staff was nice
Room was spartan, less than you'd expect from a Hilton. Tap water was cloudy; we didn't dare drink it, didn't even like using it to brush our teeth. On the good side, the staff at check-in and the shops were very nice and helpful.

Good time and Midtown
We had an unforgettable family getaway at this fantastic hotel! It was just a stone's throw from Times Square, Central Park, and a treasure trove of amazing attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our rooms were clean and cozy, even if they had a bit of vintage charm. The executive kitchen was a lifesaver for us with the kids—whenever we wanted a snack or a refreshing drink, we could easily grab fruits, cookies, or water at any time! And let's not forget the breakfast and the delightful late afternoon treats—they were simply awesome! This place truly made our family vacation special!

Centrally located with a Vegas vibe
We chose this hotel because it was centrally located. We were assigned a room an the 22nd floor which meant that was quiet and away from the street noise. But getting to the room proved to be an endeavor at times because there were so many people staying at the hotel. We felt like we were in Vegas because the lobby was such a zoo. I appreciated the overall cleanliness, considering the high volume of guests. Probably would prefer a smaller boutique hotel on our next visit.
