I ordered this room as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Upon arrival they made us pay a $60 hold service. Said we would get $30 back due to taxes. We walked into the room and it was not as advertised. It was a complete different room. The bed sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns in them fully visible. The lamps had rust all over them, hair in the bathroom sink, yellow stains on the bed. It just seemed thrown together. It was not a pleasant stay we left in the middle of the night. When we were going to bed we discovered all of that nasty all over the bed and it was completely disgusting. I want a refund because that is outrageous.

This is a motel that needs to be torn down or redone completely. First - i was overcharged because every hotel in town was sold out. (they were all over charging this weekend). It is a motel - door from room goes directly outside. There was mold in the room and especially in the bathroom. I did not feel comfortable getting in the bed - thank good ness i always bring my own blanket. I did not really feel safe at night on the property (I am a female). And- to top it off, I saw a bag of pot laying on the ground near my room. (someone must have dropped it.)
I spoke to the staff at a nearby restaurant and they confirmed that this property is known for being pretty bad.

We stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Gibsonia on the night of 8/31/24. The outside of the facility appears to need repairs and upgrading. Outside stairways were dirty. Some staining on bed linens, bathroom floor was dirty and sticky, and tub had some hairs in it. Very disappointed as we have stayed at other Quality Inns in the past and were satified.

We just needed a clean place to stay at night, and a light breakfast in the morning for 2 nights. We got both, plus a roll-away bed, and extra towels. My crew was pleased 😀

Go anywhere else besides this crack house
Room was dirty and smelled weird. Junkies all over the property. Luckily I was on business without my kids. They rather have you wash their towels if you are there longer than 2 nights (they provide 2 towels), rather than supply you with extra.
I checked for bug bites each morning and didn’t find any so I guess at least that’s a positive.
