Hotel could not accommodate my booking request. 1. Two rooms close to each other 2. one room with twin beds.
We were allocated two double rooms, furthest away from each other. One of the rooms was a disability room. Only one room was available on arrival, second room was late. I asked to change rooms, and the alternatives offered were completely unsuitable. Due to size, no aircon and a window which overlooked a brick wall. Bedsheets were stained! When I complained, I was told hotel was at 90% occupancy and offered complimentary breakfast. As a long standing Hilton Honors member, I was shocked and disappointed with the rooms and overall customer service.
