we had no heat in our room, maintenance came to fix it , heat work for 1 hr and then shut off , we then had no heat all night , in morning called desk, again couldn’t fix heat & wanted us to go to
another room, no offers to assist us with our baggage , front desk supervisor didn’t seem to care at all , she was then confused what room to put us into , very unsympathetic to my husband is elderly & mobility is compromised with other heath problems , i had to keep asking her “
, can we get some help to move , can someone come with a cart “She had a flat affect / disingenuous , she didn’t seem to listen at all, finally after numerous times of explaining we could use some help to
move all the bags items from room to room she then got a cart & then was confused to
what room to put us in & then gives us the swipe card to another room & the swipe card doesn’t work , therefore havimg to leave my unwell husband standing alone in hallway while i had to take elevator down to the desk to tell the swipe cards she gave us don’t work , she then reprograms them , so i go back up to the room & am late for my meeting & go to take a shower only to find out the shampoo dispenser all are empty! it was not a pleasant stay , not once did anyone apologize or anything , this was second time we experienced no heat in the room and sleeping in our winter coats for the night in past 2 yrs , this is the hotel i usually stay at due to business i have to do in RedDeer and my contract work at Joffree,
