My wife and I are seasoned travellers. This hotel was one of worst ones we've encountered.
As there was no website, we tracked them down on facebook and found an email address. We emailed them 5 days before to inform them that our flight got in at 130am and asked if they could give us a ride from the airport. We just wanted a place to rest for the night before heading to the airport the next morning for our flight. They replied promptly, telling us it was not a problem. I responded with our flight details and no one replied. I followed up with 2 additional emails. When we landed, there was no shuttle in sight. We called the hotel. No one picked up after two calls, although the hotel was advertised as having a 24-hour desk.
We took a cab to the property, the entrance was dark and we saw a dingy little desk with no one there. We looked around for some kind of instruction left for us and didnt see any. There was a sign to the right of the desk with 3 numbers on it. We looked around for a phone on the desk, but there wasnt one. When called, none of the numbers connected.
By then it was about 3am and my pregnant wife was tired. I went upstairs to see if I could find anyone. Eventually I found a room unlocked with keys in the doorknob. With no other choice, my wife and I slept a few hours in the room. I was fearful the whole time someone would barge in to the room.
To be fair, the room was nice and we got a ride to the airport the next morning.
