We have a new place to stay when in Chicago.
From an early check in to a late check out, our 10 day stay with our service dog was exceptional. Our air conditioning went out and was immediately replaced. Room service was great and the breakfast buffet had us waking up ready to eat it again. We could not have asked for more comfortable beds (especially since my disabled husband spent more time in his than the average person while I explored things with our grandchildren.) We now consider it to be our home away from home!
Sunsets are incredible and the room noise was acceptable for an airport location.

House keeping woke us up at 8 ish am and check out was 12pm. Sing on the door and all. She went down the hall to every room and knocked on the door then tried to enter as if we already checked out?
