Check in until getting to the room was very warm that was $100 deposit and was not disposed. It was a dirty room. They had to come and change the sheets clean out the refrigerator. The room does not look like the pictures the hallway smells moldy, free, hot free Wi-Fi means you use your personal hotspot. The front desk clerk kept referring to me as ma’am instead of sir. Only reason I continue to stay was cause every hotel was booked because of the fair.

While many of the hotels in the area appeared to be price gouging because of the many people displaced from their homes due to the hurricanes, this establishment kept their prices reasonable. Only saw one little cockroach during my stay !

The property is a little older and dated but so far I felt safe with my kids staying there. The most important thing was we had a clean room to stay and safe area. It could definitely use an upgrade

The staff was amazing cleanliness was ok for an older hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was not safe we had a person trying to get into the room at 2 am and then banging on the door. I called the front desk who took care of the situation. However, we couldn’t sleep After that. It was a one day stay!

"The heater, phone, and TV were not functioning. The room lacked toilet paper and had a foul odor. The bed was dirty, covered in stains. The area was unsafe, to the point where people were handing out food to the homeless. I would not recommend staying here."

It kept us safe during hurricane Milton. Not a luxurious place, but it suited our needs. Being pet friendly was a big plus. The staff was excellent and the location was convenient and close to restaurants and other important needs. The room was clean and quiet.

What a terrible time.
I had the worst service ive ever had at a motel. There was tons of loitering and the staff was very unprofessional and flustered. No one would answer my phone calls and my rooms lights were faulty. My 100 dollar hold has not been applied to my card and its been almost 3 days now. I cant call and ask about about it because no one will answer the phone!!!! I was at the front desk upon my checkout to ask if I needed to turn in my room keys and no one was there. After about 15 minutes i left the keys in my room and i left. I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life.
