It was a fun space in a grand old building. There were a few problems after check in: the "new" toilet seats are the cheap plastic kind that shift & move & fall apart. We had to be given another room since the toilet seat in our first room would not tighten back up. The towel warmer in the next room never did come on, no matter how many times we pressed the button, but having a warmer was not a deal-breaker. The staff was fabulous, Chloe did a great job helping us with a freezer for our cold items we were traveling with, and assisting in getting us another room right away. The city itself is horrid; just as bad as Seattle. Parking was only on the street, and you had to drive around to get one. You had to pay in two-hour increments, but at least parking was free from 7pm to 8am, IF you could find any!
