Too many problems encountered for a short review. There was no couch, no chair, no luggage rack. Besides the bed the only place to sit was on the floor. When I called the front desk about this, they basically said the King Rooms didn't have a couch or chair, that I should have booked a suite that had a pullout couch. Their websiye has a picture of a "King"Room" that has a chair in the corner. Had to use the small desk and desk chair to put our luggage on. It was very difficult to maneuver a fully loaded luggage cart through 6 very tight corners. Then once we got it into our room I had to physically move the heavy bedside table out of the way to get the cart past the closet doors so we could open the closet to put our stuff up. Nothing that the website said were "amenities" was open. The pool was closed, the restaurant was closed, the treats shops was closed. The mentioned beach access was a short walk but then you had to cross a very busy four lane highway. The central air unit that was located up by the ceiling had a constantly brightly lit temperature indicator that was like having a full moon illumination in our room all night. The light switch to the bathroom was not inside the door, nor next to the door on the outside wall. It was on the other side of the door. One of the worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. And it was one of the most expensive rooms in the area. I should have booked a room at Motel 6. We would have been more comfortable.
