DON'T DO IT. We booked a room for the 19-21st for a family event. After staying the first night, my husband discovered he had multiple bites. When we returned to the room we investigated and found bed bugs. We notified the front desk we were leaving and told them why. While we were there, no one came into the room to check the condition. The gentleman at the front desk said we would need to ask for a refund with Hotels.com. As of this posting, 2 calls to the hotel, 2 calls to the national chain, and one 50 dollar doctor's visit later: Hotels.com has told us that, after "multiple tries", we have still not received a refund. There is also a report of bed bugs several days later on the hotel review page (choicehotels.com), so it looks like they still have not taken care of the issue.
