The Chaminade Spa has 11 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, Swedish massages, facials, and body wraps. It was not my favorite
The hotel was in a beautiful location but there were some small problems. We stayed in a room not in the main building and our TV was lagging all the time. The room was clean but a little outdated. We thought we were getting a garden view balcony but ended up with the patio facing the parking lot. You could also hear everything with your neighbors! Everything was also super overpriced. We inquired about their s’mores and fire pit they offer and it was 100 dollars! I would say it’s a nice hotel location but be ready to spend some money and be let down by the rooms.

While the hotel facilities are attractive, the rooms are dated and poorly equipped. And the $40 "resort fee" per night is ridiculous! If you reserve the King Suite Forest View (as I did) and want a patio, be sure to reserve the ground floor. The second floor suites have no balcony or patio.

I guess I had a different impression from the website, and perhaps had unrealistic expectations. It was okay, I liked the restaurant and everything else was just okay. I specifically requested a quiet room but I got one next to the pool that was never quiet during the day and there were plenty of other rooms that faced out of the property that would have been quieter. The gym/spa was okay too, just not amazing.

We made s’moresin the firepit, ate in the beautiful restaurt The View and took walks around the gorgeous property. Next time we will enjoy the spa and try one of the hikes.
