A quick walk from the train station. You can take the stairs down to the street the property is on if you don't have much luggage.
The owner's son communicated with us via WhatsApp and provided instructions for a contactless check-in. Seemed really nice and was super quick to respond to questions as well.
You get access to a unit that has about 4 or 5 other rooms, and while it's really easy to hear any noise from the hallway, we didn't hear anything from neighbouring rooms through the walls. We could easily hear the traffic from outside (lots of sirens because we faced the main road) but otherwise, it was quiet enough.
The room itself was nice. Didn't feel crowded (although, the shower was pretty tight). There was ample wardrobe space and they even offered a clothing drying rack, which was appreciated due to how we needed to do some handwashing while we were there. The hosts also left a wrapped pastry and some candy when we first got there.
We didn't ask for housekeeping so we had to reuse our towels.
