We arrived very early after disembarking our cruise ship. The desk clerk, Angie, found a place to store our luggage and offered to let us use the pool while we waited to check in. As soon as our room was available she came and found us so we could check in

The hotel was good. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. My only issue was, the toilet sat really low to the ground, almost kid like. And the toilet seat needed to be replaced, it was pretty chipped up. Other than the condition of my toilet, I would 8 out of 10 stay there again.

I really like staying at this hotel. The front desk personnel are so friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is great. Some even go out of their way to drop you off at level 1 at the airport if you are going on a cruise instead of flying out, instead of dropping you off at ticketing and then you having to get your luggage down to level 1 either by the elevator or escalators. I highly recommend this place.
