El aire acondicionado no funciona adecuadamente ya que no se podía subir la temperatura y pasamos una noche muy incómoda, pues si lo apagaba nos agobiaba el caloron de la zona. Cuatzacoalco Veracruz. Muy caliente. Lo bueno es que solo fue una noche de estancia

Es muy insegura el cuarto, no tiene forma de cerrarla por dentro, sólo un pequeño seguro manual, que no da mucha seguridad, tuvimos que pegar las camas a la puerta para atrancarla por seguridad pues llevabamos niños, mi hijo de 12 años cumplidos lo pasaron cómo adulto y en la aplicación marca que de 12 años es niño. Las sabanas y toallas huelen a guardado, la cama llena de polvo. El clima no enfría tuvimos que abrir las ventanas, pesimo hotel

cómodo,tranquilo,buena ubicación y buen precio.

Excelente atención por parte del personal,es un hotel tranquilo y económico,la cama es cómoda,cuentan con aire acondicionado,TV por cable. Observaciones: No cuentan con estacionamiento propio al hotel,te dan un cupón y tienes que caminar 1 cuadra a dejar el vehículo en un estacionamiento público. El hotel es antiguo fundado en 1940,falta modernizarlo,pero para el costo es muy bueno y cómoda la estadía y excelente atención por parte del personal.

Está cerca del mercado, a pie es cerca la playa y el malecón, hay lugares para comer. El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, cuentan con clima y la vista al río era muy linda. No es lujoso, pero es un hotel tranquilo.

Las instalación no tienen nada que ver con las fotos que ponen. Las camas tiene hoyos. El agua del hotel muy sucia. Mosquitos por toda la habitación. El clima no funciona. El baño con olor a drenaje.
