I wouldn't know what it's like to stay in this hotel because when I arrived it was a construction site. Nothing had been communicated to me prior that I would not be able to stay. There was no signage indicating who to call or if the hotel was still operating, just a bunch of construction workers genuinely confused to see that I had a booking. I attempted emailing them through Expedia's app. No response. I attempted calling through both numbers listed on Expedia's app and on Google. No connection. And what was Expedia's response to my reasonable request for a refund given that I had in all good faith attempted to fulfill my booking? It was no, sorry the property won't release the funds so our hands are tied. So Expedia will not protect you if you find yourself victim to a dishonest property. I will never book through Expedia again. Buyer beware.
