We stayed here for three days on a family trip. Our kids loved the wildlife on site and the pools. The restaurant near the pool has decent food. Overall, the hotel is in a good location and the history of the building itself is fascinating.

Overall good hotel
We stayed three nights, the room that was initially given to us, was not meeting our criteria in terms of noise and other factors like the air conditioning, but they changed us to another room, and that was more spacious, and the air conditioner worked great and it was quiet. The amenities at the hotel are unique because of the animals, we did not have time to use the pool or the spa, but they look nice. There are several restaurants, the breakfast that was included multiple and any choices. The staff was very friendly, especially Cesar and Angie Who helped us out many times. We didn’t speak much Spanish, so that sometimes was challenging, as most of the staff is not bilingual. Overall, we had a pleasant day, but just so you know in terms of American standards it would not be a five star hotel. The rooms are a little dated And the amenities are a little lacking for the five star standard but it’s definitely a good four star hotel. This is located outside of the wall city and it will cost you about 10,000 pesos or a few dollars to get to the Walled location. We prefer the more modern and quieter location as I heard in the city. It would be noisier.

Me and Family enjoy our stay at Hotel Caribe. Staff are all really nice and helpful and we feel safe in the area. So Happy that i picked this hotel for our family mini vacation.
