I considered a lot of options in Bernal but I'm glad I chose this hotel. I felt very safe and cozy. The view of the monolith was unbeatable! The staff were welcoming and breakfast delicious outdoors. My room and the grounds were like a fairy tale!

Disappointing Stay – Lacking Basics and Comfort

Sure! Here’s a naturally worded, native-style review in English: ⸻ Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room didn’t have air conditioning, which made the stay really uncomfortable. The beds were of very poor quality—hard to sleep on—and the bedding felt cheap and worn out. They also didn’t provide basic amenities like body soap, which is really surprising for any hotel. To top it off, checkout was incredibly slow. They insisted on checking each room manually before letting guests leave, which felt disorganised and unnecessary. Definitely not worth the price.

Aunque el check in es a las 15:00 hrs la habitación no estaba lista, hay aspectos de limpieza que hay que mejorar como lavar sillones y barrer y traperar bajo las camas. Al final no entregan pase de salida hasta que no vam y revisan la habitación.

Nos fue muy mal, reservé una habitación con aire acondicionado y cama queen y nos dieron una habitación terriblemente pequeña sin aire y con cama matrimonial. Reclamé en recepción y nos dijeron que Hoteles.com siempre ponía habitaciones que no corresponde a lo que se alquila, es decir que ustedes tiene la culpa. Hace mucho que yo uso su aplicación y jamás había tenido este tipo de problemas
