Would Stay Here Again
This hotel is better than some of the reviews suggest. It was clean, the parking lot is secured, and the staff very helpful. They called us after we'd checked in to see if everything was alright, and in the morning, they charged my phone for me as I'd forgotten my charger. Neighbourhood is fine. Morrissey House is across the road and a great place to eat!

Booked the room for an overnite stay, but got a call a few days before to let me know that renovations had made me room unavailable & I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite at No extra charge. The suite was clean, spacious & comfortable, as well as warm & well heated. Staff were pleasant & wonderful too. Definitely recommend this hotel & I will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Ac worked well. Shower was excellent. Staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. I was surprised to have to pay for parking. That wasn’t obvious when I booked the room. The lamp by the bed did not work and the plugs didn’t either. Which makes it hard to plug in phones. Lap tops etc. the bathroom fan is so loud and could not be turned off if you wanted light. There were many homeless or displaced adults around but they have to live somewhere. No one bothered me.
