Great location with fantastic rooms which were very clean and well presented Had an issue on night with noise due to either the guttering or building cladding knocking against the wall due to the high wind and rain. It was a great little space for my family of 5. Very close to all of the things we wanted to see and do while we were in Ghent. Two issues that were awkward, there was no place to take the rubbish from our room. With 5 of us there was quite a bit to deal with, and the laundry facilities were a bit of an inconvenient walk. We thought per Expedia that there were on site laundry facilities, this was not the case.

Great location in the old part of the city, the property looks to be buildings that were once part of the old university. Lovely light room. As shown in the photos though better. Had no issue with the bed against the wall. Would recommend & stay again.

I loved the old feel of the place. I take it that is was an old seminary as it’s on semanariestraat. What a great use of the beautiful building. The bed was super cosy and the apartment was so well appointed. Central to everything. Absolutely brilliant. I will definitely book to stay again Dank je wel !

Modern Apartment in a great location!
Great apartment in a great location. The place was equipped with everything needed. It was very modern and comfortable. The only downside is the noise from residents above or nextdoor. Also if you choose to use the car park provided by the hotel, it is not at the same location. The car park is a shared lot situated a couple of mins walk away in a residential block. You will need to check in prior to parking as you are provided with a fob to access the car park. This will then need to be returned after check out, and after you remove the car. Be aware that there is no parking bays directly outside the hotel. However there is a public car park (Reep) opposite.
