Great hotel
Lovely hotel not too far from the main attractions in Da Nang. Rooftop pool not very big anf didn't use it as the weather was not great. Bar rarely open too but plenty local establishments to get cheap food and drink. Reception people very helpful and always ready to answer questions and sort out transport. Room was large with a massive bed. All very comfortable.

Only door men were professional, disappointing
One of the most disappointing experience I’ve had. Only stayed for few hours until our late flight but reception can’t remember and tried to charge us for the late check out and not professional. It was heavily raining and there was no place to go so asked for early check in but they don’t care about guests because girls were busying chatting. The pictures shown in the internet were too pretty but the facility was very old and a bit nasty places not cleaned. A lot of Koren and a little noisy. The room was okay with enough hot water in the shower but the hair dryer was not useful. Overall, the only supportive people were door men and they were friendly but receptionists were terrible and I would not recommend to stay .
