Location was at the middle of city. View was so nice so you can see a temple. Staffs are really nice and friendly. Room was modernised and clean. I would visit again next time.

It met all of our needs although it was not high end. Our room was clean, quiet and the breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The neighborhood was very interesting with lots of cultural museums and shopping nearby. We walked everywhere from the hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. They even loaned us electrical adapters.

The property and room were decent—nothing extraordinary, but also not disappointing, just average. The rooftop is a nice feature with good drinks and a pleasant view. One of the exits opens to a busy shopping street full of charming boutiques and restaurants. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy walking access to many neighborhoods and close proximity to a major metro line.

Great location. Easy to get to from airport -train to seoul station and then taxi. Walkable to most attractions. Not many western options for breakfast, but good bakery downstairs. Stayed 2x, first time no towels in room and 2nd large clump of black hair on the shower wall. Despite this would still recommend as good place to stay for loaction alone.

Was a pleasant stay, location was conveniently near the subway Auguk station which is just a walking distance the hotel. Walking distance to Dongdaemum,. Gyeongbokgung Palace, elegant Jogyesa Buddhist temple. Traditional markets include Dongmyo Flea Market, and Gwangjang, which sells street food like kimbap rice rolls. Nearby tented street stalls sell soju rice wine and snacks like spicy stir-fried seafood, while gay bars line Jongno 3-ga Road. One thing that is disappointed me is that on the day of arrival at the hotel, we check about leaving our luggage at the hotel when we travel to Busan. Counter in charge told us we can but on the day of checking out we get to know that we can only leave it at the hotel locker for 12 hrs. We travelling to Busan for 3 Days 2 Nights the 12 hrs locker is not enough for us. In the end we have to carry our bulky with us…. Sad.

New shops and eateries in mall attached to the hotel. Craft fair going on on street level. Front desk will call a taxi for you to go shopping and to the airport. Steps away from INSADONG shopping street and restaurants. GS25 convenience 24 hour store on 2 nd floor. Super modern, robotic food machines ir ice cream, pizza and cotton candy. If you have late arrival there are food and beverage options here when everything else is closed. Seemed like sheets are changed daily.

The location was convenient being very close to Insadong street, however it was very noisy. Also, the walls are SO thin, i can hear the next door person cough or sneeze, among other things... (if you know what i mean) to the point where i had to bang on the wall to 'request' some consideration of volume. My best guess is that the beds are on the same wall.. So, though the property itself was convenient and comfortable for the most part, as someone traveling with a young child, i do not think i would return to stay here again.
