Stay was horrendous, although i am healthy and hardly ever have skin related issues, i managed to get severe immediate bacteria infection and allergic reactions upon sleeping on the pillow for 10 minutes.
Our first room was at the top floor, which had a great view to be fair, but smelled horribly of urine, so we switched to a room one floor lower, but still smelled equally as bad, which we suspect comes from the centralized air conditioning. The cups and kettle in our room were not cleaned after use by last tenant and still had half drunk water inside them.
The next morning when we had to check outx we woke up slightly late as i had a very bad night sleep from the allergic reactions and severe itch. Our checkout time was 11am, but we requested for it to be extended to 12pm politely. Yet rightaround 12pm the reception bombarded our phone for multiple times and was being very impatient with us even though we told them we were packing and ready to checkout very soon. After we returned the card at the reception, the lady receptionist looked at us very rudely and told us to hurry up and checkout next time because there will be an extra incurred fee if we checkout late. i have never faced such rudeness from the hundreds of hotel stays i have made across the world and no i am never coming back, not to mention this night costed 200USD.
must acknowledge the kind night reception who helped change our cups and pillows and provided us with an ozone sanitizer to relief our allergies.
