Can you please use one system going forward.
I was not happy at all, when i booked online via Hotels.com the place showed that there's availability, paid everything in full
however on the day that we are supposed to check in i got a call from the owner that there's no space for us😒 she then offered to arrange an alternative accommodation. This alternative place is not pleasant at all? I mean everything of it.Which we had to drive up and down the whole weekend to get the package that came with the booking 🤔. We ended up paying more on petrol and food because we felt like driving to the lodge to get the food and driving back is the same as going to buy food to the closest shopping center. So at this stage i don't know who's at fault here? The Hotels.com or the owner of the lodge.
