A really nice hotel with no functioning wifi
It's a really nice hotel. The downside is that there is no wifi whatsoever. I was given the names of three servers to try and, while one appeared to work for maybe a minute, even that connection sputtered and died. It’s too bad, as the staff are friendly and helpful and the buildings and rooms are beautiful, though showing a little bit of wear. In these times, no wifi is a oretty big deal.

Beautiful property, breakfast was amazing. The wifi was not good at all and I could not work from room, the hair dryer in my room did not work and the exhaust fan in my room was super loud. The room was beautiful and the property was also beautiful

Hotel nice and motel awful
The hotel room is very nice. It was clean everything worked. We stayed one night in the hotel part. I wish we didn’t leave that room. Second night we stayed in the motel part and it was disgusting. The shower head hurt my kid. Most of the outlets didn’t work. And the mattresses were very old and sunk in.

Extra charges added to the room charge
The breakfast was nice. Last year there was no breakfast tho it was promised. The pool was closed tho it was warm. No restaurant or tavern that was open. I took the least expensive room because they are all the same really - why they charge a RESORT fee? Because they can. It is not a resort. Clean pretty comfortable place. Over priced.

Nice hotel, nothing special. Noisy a/c in window. Electric outlets very loose, the plugs for my chargers would not stay, and I tried three different outlets. Included (resort fee ) buffet breakfast very basic, but tasty. No housekeeping unless requested by noon the prior day. I wish Hotels.com had mentioned the resort fee. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower.

Beautiful place with old-world charm. Rooms are large and comfortable and the property is meticulous. Pool is fantastic- great property, lots of lawn chairs, warm water, sun umbrellas. We've stayed here before and will return again- very resort-like setting.

Our room had a very strong chemical smell. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. We had a very loud dehumidifier in our room. Pillows were way too soft. I honestly feel that we probably had one of the worst rooms, but I loved the charm. We would definitely stay there again.
