Everything was as discribed online. Walkable to the Zemtrum, shops, restaurants, train station. Susanne was always making sure we had everything we needed. Very mixed; be aware of limits
Started off bad, didn't get better. Staff insists guests use WhatsApp for all communications and are not at all prepared when they are unable to do so. No advance preparation message -- was unaware by property description that "serviced apartment" was limited to a single cleaning each week; there is no evening or weekend management; guests must purchase own supplies (e.g., toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, etc.); appliances are not simple to use (and mine didn't all work at move-in; needed assistance to get going); staff entered unit without advanced notice or permission while I was away. I also felt they were blaming me for all the communication problems (frequently commented that if I'd only had WhatsApp there would have bene no issue, which I doubt). The units are very nice; the property is centrally located; and security is good. Good for short stays, if you don't need to cook or very long stays, if everything works. I was there one week and it did not suit my needs.

Self service apartments at great location.
Self service apartments at an excellent location. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. It felt a bit insecure to book at a hotel with no staff outside office hours, but all questions I had were swiftly answered by email. And, the actual check-in via the machine, worked flawlessly. We'd be happy to stay in this, or another of Breas apartments again.

Die Lage und die Unterkunft sind sind super. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war der Zimmerservice bei einem längeren Aufenthalt, es wird nur nach der Abreise gereinigt. Es befindet sich aber auch kein Putzzeug dort, um selber mal das Bad zu reinigen. Auf unseren Wunsch wurden uns aber sofort frische Handtücher gebracht. Trozdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
