Started off bad, didn't get better. Staff insists guests use WhatsApp for all communications and are not at all prepared when they are unable to do so. No advance preparation message -- was unaware by property description that "serviced apartment" was limited to a single cleaning each week; there is no evening or weekend management; guests must purchase own supplies (e.g., toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, etc.); appliances are not simple to use (and mine didn't all work at move-in; needed assistance to get going); staff entered unit without advanced notice or permission while I was away. I also felt they were blaming me for all the communication problems (frequently commented that if I'd only had WhatsApp there would have bene no issue, which I doubt). The units are very nice; the property is centrally located; and security is good. Good for short stays, if you don't need to cook or very long stays, if everything works. I was there one week and it did not suit my needs.
