Reserved 2 suites for 2 days family trip (2/14-16/25@10pm 2/13/25) and attempted to cancel through virtual agent (@12am 2/14/25) after viewing choice website showing only 1 suite for this location. Quality inn was contacted to confirm cancellation and questioned pictures on website match current condition, but still reserved on their end, so it was kept. Received a call from quality inn 30 mins before check in advising all suites are under maintenance and suggested to cancel or choose different rooms. Informed previous cancellation request failed and spoke with someone there @ early morning before choosing 2 doubles. Front desk clerk advised would still be charged suite rate (not right- requested refund of difference). Upon arrival was given key cards to 1 incomplete suite and 1 double plus pool was closed (mainly booked for indoor pool and hot tub-too pissed to take pictures but should have),my family was so disappointed they left Saturday afternoon. The suite only had 1 bed with dirty tub (no sofa table & chairs), the double curtain look like caught fire with central air unit not working. Requested rooms change, when denied requested both rooms be cleaned with fresh linen and cloths (didn’t happen until I talked to housekeeping-which stated they wasn’t aware of request). This quality inn is managed by an immigrant family that obviously have different views of cleanliness, breakfast menu, and functionality. PSA: If under maintenance/renovating do not list rooms online.
