We enjoy this property. While it is an older property, it is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food service is mediocre, which is a shame due to the location and incredible view from the restaurant. We will return.

We've stayed at Royal Lahaina Resort many times and will continue to do so. The resort is lovely and the beach is amazing.

Great stay
Great location. The hotel could use more front desk staff during high season. Amenities were okay. Beach chairs and umbrellas should be free or at least cheaper considering the price of the rooms. The no smoking policy anywhere on the grounds is typical nowadays, but BS; you should at least get a view other than the parking lot. The valet staff gets five stars.

The view is really breathtaking, plus all staff are very nice and helpful. This place is near a shopping center, although not a lot dining options in the Lahina area (so not the hotel's fault). The beach nearby is a great place for snokeling. We had a really good time there
