I am ultimately disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay at this Extended Stay Hotel location. While the receptionists were helpful during the check-in process, that’s where my satisfaction ended. The room was unbearably hot when we entered, and it did not feel or look clean at all.
When I say I will never stay at this hotel again, I mean it. If I hadn't arrived at 1 am, I would have gladly taken a financial loss and gone somewhere else. I can’t believe I drove over 10hours to stay in this!
I appreciate the helpfulness of the receptionists, but it left a bad taste in my mouth when they informed me of a $200 incidental fee. That is simply ridiculous. I've stayed at the Ritz Hotel and never had to pay such a high incidental fee.
But it gets worse. I walked into room 316 and felt like I had entered a dungeon. It was dark and dank. The kitchen floor was sticky with something red, the bathroom had mildew, and the furniture and cabinets were in a state of disrepair. The bed had hair on it, and the sheets had black stains. My kids were even scared to lay down. The picture they took to place on line must have been taken when the hotel first opened or taken form another website.
I wish I could get all my money back, but I know that’s unlikely. However, you can rest assured that I will never stay at this Extended Stay Hotel again!
