Handicapped unit was an acceptable retrofit of an original hotel room; however, the room was in need of maintenance. The air conditioner/wall heater had a loud rattle, and many things did not work.... the bed reading lights, the Keurig, the makeup mirror, and the power outlet under the desk included. The fridge was not turned on. The toilet paper holder was pulling away from its wall supports. Also, the roll-in shower was not sloped enough to keep water from draining out onto the bathroom floor. No extra blankets in the room and only waist high clothes hanger poles assumed the occupant would need only wheelchair access (no full length closet poles). Vomit on the elevator floor upon checkout from the previous night's wedding party event capped off the visit.
