Friendly helpful staff, will communicate via Google translate. Clean room with modern bathroom but no hot water in shower. Room cleaned daily. Excellent location, 1-2 minutes walk from centre but away from main streets so don't hear all the people and music. In bedroom could hear traffic noise, other loud guests and tv in reception. Even with ear plugs I found noise hard, but Colombia is noisy everywhere. Only paid £12-15 so good price in expensive Cartagena. I would recommend.

Fiquei no quarto individual. Vale muito a pena o custo benefício. Hotel extretamente limpo. Wi-fi funciona bem, porém n{ao tem água quente no chuveiro. Comprei a diária incluindo café da manha, porem quando cheguei la disseram que nao estava incluido. Um pouco decepcionante comprar algo e nao ter. De resto tudo ok.

Optamos por este Hostel por ser apenas por uma. Enfim, mesmo assim nos decepcionamos com o tamanho do quarto, muito pequeno. Fomos instalados em um quarto com sacada (minúscula) de frente para uma obra de pavimentação que ocorria na rua. A cortina do quarto não dava privacidade nenhuma, tivemos que pendurar um lençol na janela. Chuveiro com pouca água e fria, mas o que realmente nos surpreendeu é a recepcionista pedir confirmação na reserva se tínhamos optado por diária com café da manhã e imagine nossa frustação quando este café da manhã era apenas uma xícara de café com leite improvisado pela camareira... péssima experiência!!
