We booked a room for 3 (2 full beds) because we traveled to drop our son off at college checking in on Monday, August 12 and checking out Thursday, August 15. The hotel was ok but I did find spider webs and other signs of uncleanliness in the bathroom. Some furniture looked a bit old but the room served its purpose for the short visit. The next morning we went down for breakfast and the eggs served looked a bit dull, a strange yellow almost lime color. They seemed to be the cheap hotel eggs from a box. Aside from that they had fruits, bread, bagels, waffles, coffee, etc. It was pretty decent except for the eggs. The next morning it was much better because I was able to get some real protein in with mini omelets or hard boiled eggs they served. That day when we returned to the hotel our bed wasn’t made, our towels were not changed, our amenities were not replenished. They had not cleaned. My husband went down to the front desk and was informed that for “our comfort” housekeeping services were only provided every other day. They had a small sign in the bathroom mirror we should’ve seen. Our bad. Ok , so that meant housekeeping would visit our room on Wednesday. Well, we got back Wednesday night and our room was just the same we had left it in the morning. Same story as the day before. My husband went back down to the front desk. They ended up sending someone to clean, replace towels, etc. We checked out the next day.
