The room was very outdated and not very clean. The horizontally installed wallpaper throughout the entire room was peeling and coming apart at most of the seams. The carpet was very worn and smelled of dirt and dust. The pullout sofa bed was too uncomfortable to sit on and was also smelly. The entire room was in need of remodeling from front to back. The hotel was in a convenient spot for our needs but very pricey for what you get. I don't think we will be choosing this hotel in the future.

Good location but old and run down
Our family of 4 stayed for a long weekend and picked the hotel for its location close to downtown attractions. Friendly staff, but didn’t have much interaction as there are literally no services at the hotel. The property itself is old and in bad need of a refresh; wall coverings peeling off, cracked/damaged furniture etc and overall just looks dated and used. Cleanliness was ok, but nothing spectacular. Our room was booked for 4 people (2 adults, two kids 11 & 13) but the second bed was a sofa pull out with a smashed out mattress which was very uncomfortable and wouldn’t fit two people.

Love this place! Very comfortable suite. Nice to have a microwave, fridge and wetbar. Like the setup with seperate sitting area. Area is close to Yonge Street and many fine restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is great overall. They do count the number of guests in the room. They have security after 10:00 p.m. across checking to a list. We didn't get a noise complaint and we're up late but we did keep the sound down. We did park in their garage for 35 bucks

The location is great. Most everything in downtown Toronto is in easy walking distance. Parking was good. The rooms are clean. Our room had an issue with HVAC, (it would not cool down) but it was only one night so we did not see it as a big issue. No complaints.

We were able to get into our room sooner and that was great, we could relax before dinner and a concert. Efficient and friendly staff at the desk explained everything we needed to know. Super clean, the bed was awesome so we slept well. Elevators were slow so we used the stairs. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
