Parking fee was not disclosed at time of booking. The parking garage has no elevator, so if you have to park on the top floor and have bad knees, it is not a good time. The hotel and room were clean, but basic maintenance is not being done to keep up with usage. Some examples; grouting/caulking the shower area, rusty hinges on bathroom door, chipped paint, broken drywall edge over door to the balcony. The WiFi was nonexistent and no code was provided at check in. Before showering the second morning we had to seek someone out to get towels, which would have been a non-issue if more time was taken at check in to explain housekeeping would not be freshening up our room, even with a 3 night stay. Young lady at checkout said they would refund our parking fee, but I have yet to receive the email receipt to verify this happened.
