The location was great since it was very close to Yellowstone NP.
However, the hotel management was not great, as it was either understaffed, or poorly trained. The front desk seldom had anyone in attendance, day or evening. The dining area was not stocked with requisite plates, bowls, etc. The milk dispenser was always barely able fill a glass. It seemed as though service was reactive instead of being proactive, and anticipating what would be needed before dining began.
