Lovely hotel with a very cold bathroom
We really liked the hotel and would stay again. The room was big, the bed comfortable and the linens nice and cozy. It was very cold in Lyon when we were there and our only negative comment about the room is the bathroom was like an arctic climate zone! When you ran the shower it would heat up but if you went into the bathroom in the middle of the night - it was a cold plunge! Otherwise, the hotel was terrific. Staff super friendly. Espresso machine and wonderful tea selection in the room. Free (basic) mini bar and very convenient to all locations in Lyon. Even with the cold bathroom we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Hotel is centrally located. Great for walking and getting to your destination. Carrefour store just down the road about 700m. They have great salad bar. Hotel has a bar which has great cocktails! I really enjoyed basil gin smash. Very nice lady bar tender. Room has tea maker and mini fridge. Small but neat and functional.

Centrally located and newly renovated cody hotel.
Hotel is centrally located close to shopping belt and restaurants and cafes. The reception staff on the morning and afternoon shifts were equally friendly and helpful. The lady on the day shift helped me retrieve my ear ring which dropped into the gap between the bed rest and the wall. The afternoon shift reception (Souhael) was especially helpful and recommended a few good restaurants and places to visit. I think hotel is newly renovated and very clean.

The room was very small with just a twin bed. I did not understand the thermostat, and it did not seem to have any effect on the temperature of the room. There wasn't a countertop around the sink, just a few inches on the sides, making it difficult to balance things as I tried to get ready. The small nightstand was oddly shaped, and everything I put on top of it slid off onto the floor. On the positive side, the breakfast was good.

Enregistrement parfait,c’est après que ça se gâte : petite chambre (qui ne doit pas servir souvent)traces d’humidité sur les murs de la sdb,aspect pas très propre,pas de chauffage (Week end très froid )on nous prête un radiateur,les wc chasse d’eau qui ne marche pas .le personnel est gentil mais ne trouve pas de solutions.malheureusement ce n’est pas la première fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel et jusque là ça c’était bien passé,à part que le matin il n’y avait pas de place pour petit déjeuner je ne pense pas que nous y retournerons
